It's all in Japanese but you can understand what they are getting at pretty easily just by looking at the inputs.
They also released a new video that covers simplified inputs, command partitioning and a few other things. Most of these changes are simple bug fixes or minor changes so nothing too earth shattering yet, but it's nice to see that SNK-Playmore is continuing their trend of releasing change logs, no matter how small each adjustment may be.
SNK -Playmore updated their blog recently with a partial change log for the upcoming arcade release, KOFXIII: Climax.
